Our Health Guarantee & Commitment to You
At Cuddle Paws Puppies, we are committed to the health, safety, and well-being of every puppy we place in a loving home. When your puppy is shipped to you, rest assured they are in excellent health—vet-checked, up-to-date on vaccinations, and free from any infectious diseases.
Our responsibility doesn’t end when you welcome your new puppy home. As passionate breeders and lifelong Bulldog enthusiasts, we view our connection with you as a lasting partnership. While we go above and beyond to ensure each puppy is healthy, it’s important to remember that a dog’s well-being can be influenced by genetics, environment, nutrition, and ongoing care.
Health Guarantee & Puppy Replacement Policy
Although no puppy can truly be replaced, we understand the heartbreak of loss. If, within the first year, your puppy sadly passes away or is diagnosed with a life-impacting genetic condition, we will offer you a replacement puppy of equal value—completely free of charge.
To qualify for this replacement, a certified veterinarian must provide documentation of the condition or cause of death. Please email us the official vet report so we can assist you accordingly.
Keeping Your Puppy Healthy
We’re here to support you every step of the way. We recommend having your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 business days of arrival and sending us a copy of the health report. This step helps ensure your puppy remains on the right track from the start.
Each of our puppies comes fully dewormed and vaccinated for their age, so there’s no need to repeat early vaccinations. However, we strongly encourage you to maintain a proper deworming schedule and routine health checkups, as advised by your vet, especially through the first 16 weeks of life.
What Our Health Guarantee Does Not Cover
This guarantee becomes void if your puppy does not receive regular veterinary care after arrival. Additionally, it does not cover procedures like spaying/neutering or complications such as undescended testicles.
Vet Check & Health Report
Before your puppy leaves our care, they receive a full health checkup by our licensed veterinarian. You will receive a Veterinary Health Report certifying your puppy is clear of any issues affecting the cardiovascular, skin, coat, eyes, ears, mouth, teeth, musculoskeletal system, respiratory system, and more.
If any serious health concern is identified, that puppy will not be shipped until resolved—or we will work with you to find the right alternative.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel completely confident in your adoption. If, for any reason, you feel that your new puppy isn’t the right match within the first 30 days, simply return the puppy to us for a full refund—no questions asked.
Your satisfaction, and your puppy’s happiness, are our top priorities.
